Shakeology shakes that taste like DESSERT!

Protein shakes are an awesome way to reboot after a serious workout, but it can be a challenge to find one that tastes great without added sugar! Shakeology is more than just a shake. There are so many incredibly healthy and delicious things you can make with this potent powder—such as pudding, pies, granola bars, and more. And because of its high protein content and other energy-supporting ingredients,

Shakeology makes a perfect pre-workout or recovery drink as well.

That’s why I thought I’d share my favorite low sugar recipes for my beach body shakeology shakes. They are loaded with natural protein as well as delicious ingredients. And seriously, these recipes are so good I like to enjoy my daily shake after dinner for “dessert”. Who knew something that tastes so good could be good for you?!?

 

 

 

  1. Brownie protein shake  *This is my hands down favorite shake.
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop #shakeology vanilla mix
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup Silk light chocolate soy milk
  • 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 packet of chocolate fudge jello mix…

And BOOM. Taste like brownie mix/chocolate heaven!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Vanilla coffee protein shake

  • Shakeology vanilla mix
  • 8 oz of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Jello vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • BLEND!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Banana pudding protein shake

  • Shakeology vanilla mix
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp sugar free banana cream jello pudding

Recipe calls for wafers and whipped cream-I will omit these

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Peach pie protein shake

  • Shakeology vanilla mix
  • 1 tsp sugar free peach jello
  • 1 sheet honey graham crackers
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • add frozen peaches
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • and blend.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Banana split protein shake

  • 1 Banana, medium
    1/4 cup Strawberries, fresh
  • Chocolate shakeology
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened dark
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • BLEND

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Oreo cheesecake protein shake

  • Shakeology vanilla mix
  • 8 oz of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Jello oreo pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp jello cheesecake pudding mix
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • BLEND!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Strawberry Cream protein shake

  • 12 oz vanilla almond milk
  • strawberry shakeology
  • 2 tbsp sugar free Strawberry Jello mix
  • crushed ice
  • blend.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Peanut butter cheesecake protein shake

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • vanilla shakeology
  • handful of ice
  • 2-3 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar free fat free cheesecake jello
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

9. Gingerbread Cookie protein shake

  • Vanilla shakeology,
  • 2 teaspoons of gingerbread pudding/pie instant filling mix
  • about 1/2 teaspoon of ginger and cinnamon
  • 8-10 ounces skim milk.
  • Blend.

10. Lemon meringue pie protein shake

low carb/low cal protein shake!

  • Vanilla shakeology
  • 1 tbsp lemon jello pudding mix
  • 1 fiber one lemon cake
  • Add milk & ice cubes to your preference.
  • BLEND!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

11. Butterscotch apple pie protein shake

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • Vanilla shakeology
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 container Chobani apple cinnamon yogurt, non-fat
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp Butterscotch pudding, sugar-free
  • blend 🙂
